Meet David
Founder & Lead Installer

I'm David, and I personally design and install every security system at BriTech Alarms & Automation.

I've been in the electrical and electronics industry since I was 16, and I come from a family with a background in security. When those two worlds came together, I found my niche - helping people protect what matters to them.

I hold both a Queensland Security Provider Licence and Security Installer Licence, but what sets me apart isn't the paperwork - it's how I approach each job. Most installers just follow the quote sheet and get in and out as fast as possible. I actually think about what the property needs.

That means using dual-tech sensors instead of standard PIRs when the situation calls for it. Choosing the right strength electric locks. Taking the time to configure and test everything properly. It's the difference between a system that works on paper and one that actually works in real life.

I've done a lot of work with clients who have disabilities over the years. Those jobs taught me that the best home automation system isn't the most expensive one - it's the one that's set up exactly right for the person using it. When someone finally feels safe in their own space, that's when you know you got it right.

Whether I'm working on a family home or a commercial site, my goal is the same: give you peace of mind with a system that actually works the way you need it to.
